As some of you may know, Switched On is my favorite podcast. In fact, some of you listeners may have found your way here by way of Switched On. I don't know why, but Switched On has officially closed their doors. I got an e-mail confirming that the show is now over. Whatever the reason, we'll miss you Switched On. You were one of the best podcasts out there.

When I said that I would be posting the next show a few days ago, I really meant that I'd be posting it today. Yeah, that's it. Show number 17! Short and dirty. The list of coworkers, a dirty joke, radio theater, and another dirty joke.

I recorded another solo show yesterday, which I'll be posting later today, and tonight I'll be recording another show with Derk again, which will get posted closer to the weekend.

I'm waiting for nVidia to realse the 1.0-8168 version of its Linux drivers. They were supposed to have been released a while ago, but for some reason they still haven't been released yet.

There is a leaked version of the beta of that driver floating around the net right now, but from everything I've read, it seems the leaked version is slower than the current 1.0-7676 drivers. I hope the speed is improved in the full release of the drivers. Until then, I guess I'll just be waiting along with everyone else.
